• Paid consulting and advisory services (governed by separate agreements)

3. The Diagnostic Tool — Important Disclaimer

Your use of the diagnostic tool and any actions you take based on your results are entirely at your own risk. Solo Growth-AI makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the diagnostic tool or its results.

4. Not Professional Advice

All content provided by Solo Growth-AI — including website content, emails, diagnostic results, Assessment Call conversations, and any other communications — is for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing we provide constitutes:

• Legal advice or legal services
• Financial, investment, or accounting advice
• Tax advice or tax services

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Solo Growth-AI platforms is the exclusive property of James Miller and Solo Growth-AI, including but not limited to:

• The Solo Growth-AI brand name, logo, and visual identity
• Sales Velocity Advantage™ and Voice Equity™ frameworks and methodology
• The Solo Growth-AI Diagnostic tool, scoring system, and all associated content
• All written content, email copy, and educational materials

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any of our content without prior written permission from James Miller.

Personal, non-commercial use of the diagnostic tool for your own business self-assessment is expressly permitted.

6. Acceptable Use

By using our services you agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate the diagnostic tool or any of our proprietary frameworks
• Use our content or brand in any way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without written permission
• Submit false or misleading information through our opt-in forms
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our websites or services
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access our content

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Solo Growth-AI and James Miller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our services, tools, or content.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our free services shall not exceed $100 USD.
